The driver, : Adhitiya Monger 19, attempted to take the 32nd Ave south exit. Monger failed to stay on the roadway, and struck a DOT sign<br>before leaving the roadway, entering the west ditch rolling his vehicle. Monger sustained<br>minor injuries and was medically cleared by on scene paramedics prior to being arrested for<br>DUI and transported to the Cass County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The North Dakota Highway Patrol would like to remind everyone to always drive sober.
