News Sept 23, 2013) &#8212; The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corportation (JSDC) Executive Board has voted to sell a lot in the I-94 Business Park to Shaw Development Group for the construction of an 83-unit Microtel Inn, Motel.<\/p>\n<p>The vote was 4-0 vote with Mark Klose absent from the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The topic moves to the full JSDC board of directors, and if approved to the City Council and Stutsman County Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The lot is across the street from Buffalo City Diesel and adjacent to AgCountry Farm Credit Services.<\/p>\n<p>Officials are looking at possibly starting construction in the spring or early summer of 2014 following financing .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi \u2013 T.V.
