The honor goes to a marketing project, a specific campaign, a marketing team or cooperative project or a marketing guru who uses innovative ideas to attract more attention and thus visitors to North Dakota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, Jamestown Tourism set out to create 10 high quality episodes centered on different experiences in the region. These travel Vlogs helped amplify Jamestown\u2019s \u201chidden gems\u201d and iconic sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project not only expanded their digital influence and social media reach, but also drew record numbers of visitors to Jamestown&#8217;s key locations in 2023. The National Buffalo Museum had a record number of paid admissions, the Frontier Village and World\u2019s Largest Buffalo hosted over 150,000 people, historic sites saw an increase in visitors, and occupancy taxes were at a record level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis project has not only helped Jamestown increase its digital presence, but it\u2019s also fostered a sort of pride with the residents of the community,\u201d says Allison Limke, Visitor Experience Manager. \u201cWe made the videos for visitors to learn about Jamestown, but our locals were reminded that we have so much here to be proud of and to share. The videos have helped create more ambassadors for our city and for our state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These episodes are currently available on Jamestown Tourism\u2019s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
