Pond failed to correctly negotiate a curve on the roadway near 94th \u00bd Ave SE and entered the north ditch. When entering the ditch the truck\/trailer rolled onto its roof. Pond sustained serious, none-life-threatening injuries from the crash and was transported by ambulance to the Sanford Hospital.
