The crash occurred on the on-ramp from Sheyenne Street to westbound I-94 (Exit 346).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kole Lee was operating a Sterling dump truck towing a trailer with an excavator on the trailer. While accelerating on the on-ramp, the dump truck left the roadway to the left into the gore area. Lee steered the vehicle combination back onto the on-ramp which caused the trailer to tip onto its driver\u2019s side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The excavator remained attached to the trailer. The trailer separated from the dump truck. The dump truck came to a stop on the outside shoulder of the roadway and the trailer remained in the gore area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The westbound I-94 Exit 346 on-ramp was closed for approximately 90 minutes during the crash investigation and clean-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NDHP &#8211; On May 8th, 2024, at approximately 6:16 pm, a one vehicle property damage crash occurred in the West Fargo area.
