A commercial vehicle struck a pedestrian while driving in the parking lot, killing the pedestrian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 2020 Capacity of Texas Inc yard truck was towing a 2021 Great Dane reefer trailer southbound in the west lot at the creamery. While southbound, the yard truck struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian, Austin Nez, was pronounced dead on scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crash occurred on private property belonging to Cass Clay Creamery.
