The results for Stutsman County:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NDHP and Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office conducted a Sobriety Checkpoint at 8600 Stutsman County Road 42 on Friday, August 23 from 6:00 pm \u2013 8:00 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seventy-five vehicles were stopped at the checkpoint, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three drivers were evaluated for impairment, there were no arrests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One driver received a citation for Open Container. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One vehicle that turned to avoid the checkpoint was stopped traveling 107 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone, the driver was arrested for driving under suspension and cited for driving without insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The North Dakota Highway Patrol is committed to the Vision Zero strategy which aims to establish a culture of personal responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.
