The Subaru cut across all south bound lanes in a left to right motion. The Subaru entered the west ditch, drove through the DOT fence, and drove across 38th St. S. The Subaru continued as it drove through a business boulevard, side swiped a tree, entered the parking lot and then an adjacent field. The field was under construction and there was a large hill of dirt piled.
