John Deere UTV pulled out onto the highway from a north approach in front of the Ford. Ford applied its<br>brakes but struck the UTV on the driver side. The driver of the UTV was not wearing seatbelt<br>and ejected from it. No helmet also in use. Driver of Ford was transported to Sakakawea<br>Medical Center in Hazen for minor injuries. The driver of UTV was transported to Sakakawea<br>Medical Center then life-flighted to Sanford in Bismarck for serious injuries.
