NDHP – On December 12 around 10:30pm, emergency responders responded to a report of a one vehicle rollover near Beaver Lake State Park. The call was reported by family members of the occupants. Family and emergency responders responded to the area and attempted to locate the occupants. The
occupants were located within an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Larry Magstadt reported that he lost control of his vehicle on 71st Ave SE. His vehicle began
rotating before leaving the roadway. After leaving the roadway, his vehicle fell down the
embankment and come to rest facing west on its side in the Beaver Creek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both occupants were treated on scene by the Wishek Ambulance. Dustin was treated on scene
and was transported to the hospital in Wishek for further care. He received non-lifethreatening injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Larry Magstadt was treated on scene for injuries sustained in the crash. He was not
transported. Larry was arrested and charged with DUI and failing to give immediate notice.
