Nominations for the award are received by the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their nomination letter said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe went to Spirits for my son&#8217;s 15th birthday, and Owen was our server. When he heard it was my son&#8217;s birthday, he joked about him paying the bill since he\u2019s old enough to drive. He even brought an application to the table and joked about hiring him as a dishwasher. Owen\u2019s humor and ability to engage with a teenager gave us all a good laugh and made the night memorable!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations Owen!
