{"id":289832,"date":"2025-01-16T09:43:21","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T15:43:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=289832"},"modified":"2025-01-16T09:43:22","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T15:43:22","slug":"sargent-county-dui-injury-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=289832","title":{"rendered":"Sargent County DUI Injury Crash"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>NDHP &#8211; On Wednesday January 15th, 2025, at approximately 10:49 PM (Central time) a one vehicle roll<br>over DUI injury crash occurred in Sargent County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Chevy Avalanche operated by (Gilbert), was traveling eastbound on minimum maintenance<br>road 97th street SE near 143rd \u00bd Ave SE. (Gilbert) drove off the roadway into the south ditch,<br>causing the Chevy Avalanche to roll. The Chevy came to rest on the frozen ice of lake<br>Tewaukon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gilbert sustained none life threatening injuries, and was transported by Oaks ambulance to<br>the Oaks Community Hospital, in Oaks, ND.<br>Gilbert was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and no<br>insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chevy was occupied by two passengers at the time of the crash.
