FARGO – For the first time in 2025, North Dakota State wrestling will compete at the Scheels Center at the Sanford Health Athletic Complex, welcoming in a pair of Big 12 opponents for two duals over the weekend. NDSU opens up with a Friday night dual on January 31 against Wyoming, before hosting Utah Valley a day later on Saturday, February 1. Both duals will begin at 7 p.m.

Tickets<\/strong>
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth ages 3-17 for Friday and Saturday. Tickets are available online at GoBison.com\/tickets or by calling\/visiting the Bison Ticket Office, located in the south lobby of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex. Tickets will also be available on Friday and Saturday at the door.
 
The Series – Wyoming<\/strong>
NDSU meets Wyoming for the 24th time in series history on Friday, with the Bison holding a 9-14 record in the series. Last season, Wyoming snapped a two-dual skid to the Bison, with the Cowboys winning 30-13 in Laramie. The Bison won 32-3 on Wyoming’s last visit to Fargo, but the Cowboys lead the series in the Big 12 era, 5-3, including a 3-1 record in Fargo.
 
The Series – Utah Valley<\/strong>
Saturday will see the Bison will meet Utah Valley for the 18th time in series history, with NDSU holding a 13-4 record over the Wolverines. However, Utah Valley snapped a four-game losing skid to the Bison last season with a 24-14 win in Orem. The Bison have won the last two meetings in Fargo and are 6-2 all-time in Fargo. NDSU holds a narrow 4-3 advantage in the series in the Big 12 era.
 
In the Rankings<\/strong>
North Dakota State’s Gavin Drexler<\/a><\/dfn> and Kyle Burwick<\/a><\/dfn> appear in both the FloWrestling and InterMat rankings this week for the Bison, while Aidan Brenot<\/a><\/dfn> and Max Petersen<\/a><\/dfn> are ranked in InterMat. Gavin Drexler<\/a><\/dfn> is at No. 25 in Flo and No. 31 in InterMat, while Burwick is No. 32 in Flo and No. 24 in InterMat. Brenot appears at No. 32 in InterMat, while Petersen is ranked at No. 33 in InterMat.
 
Wrapping Colorado<\/strong>
NDSU picked up a pair of dual wins in Colorado, topping RV Northern Colorado 29-12 and Air Force 25-12. Six Bison swept their matches in the two duals, led by Kyle Burwick<\/a><\/dfn> with a pair of tech falls. Devin Wasley<\/a><\/dfn> recorded a fall at Northern Colorado. Gavin Drexler<\/a><\/dfn> and Max Petersen<\/a><\/dfn> each recorded a pair of major decisions in their matches, while Boeden Greenley<\/a><\/dfn> and Drew Blackburn-Forst<\/a><\/dfn> rounded out the Bison with two wins on the trip, recording a pair of decisions.
 
The Bison at Home<\/strong>
NDSU holds a 288-128-8 record at home over the course of the program’s 67-year history. Since January of 2019, the Bison are 22-13 with 10 of the 13 losses coming against ranked opposition.

The Bison will be back at home next weekend with a single dual against Northern Iowa on Saturday, February 8.
