This award honors facilities that achieved the 95th&nbsp;percentile or higher on engagement for their most recent census or standalone survey, placing JRMC among the top 5% of healthcare providers in the nation for outstanding physician experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Press Ganey annually recognizes a group of standout organizations for putting the human experience at the heart of healthcare and setting the bar high in patient experience, employee experience, member experience, safety and quality \u2013 the building blocks of exceptional care.
