Nominations for the award are received from the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their nomination letter said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoward deserves this award because he cares about the community. He is always going above and beyond to make sure the restaurants and bars have what they need behind the scenes every day and especially before busy holidays or events in our city. Not only does he excel at his job and customer service, but he also volunteers his time for the community for St. Patrick&#8217;s Day Run, Shriners events, and parades. He also supports many events through Bergseth Brothers.
