When Radtke was 17 years old, he performed oral sex on a 12 year old male who was developmentally delayed. He also anally penetrated the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conviction Date<\/strong>: 10\/31\/2018 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disposition:<\/strong> 8 years; 1 year, 6 days credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offense:<\/strong> Gross Sexual Imposition.
