The nationwide observance occurs each May and gives JRMC an extra opportunity to honor and thank employees. This year\u2019s theme for the week was \u201cA Symphony of Compassionate Care,\u201d which was highlighted by musically inspired activities. The weeklong celebration promoted the value of teamwork, partnership and community toward the shared goal of delivering high-quality medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a leading healthcare provider, JRMC sees that accomplishing its purpose \u2014 to exceed expectations and be the difference in the lives of its community \u2014 relies on the many unique contributions of each staff member.
