Thank you to all of you folks who worked so diligently manicuring your yards and touching up your properties for summer.\u00a0 Valley City is looking \u201cwell kept\u201d, thanks again and please continue your great efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tagging on the aforementioned, thank you to our city crews for facilitating clean-up week and branch pick-up, you are special. Our community is looking marvelous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have neighbors who need help with their yards, please consider helping \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday, June 3rd, at 6:30 there is an open house at Valley City High School.\u00a0 Enter door N2 and enjoy food, tours and a public meeting.\u00a0 If you are opposed to the project at this point, please take a little time to attend and see if there is any \u201cnew information\u201d.\u00a0 For Sue and me, it appears it would cost us less with the school project and the property tax reform bill than we paid this year.\u00a0 As a face of our community, a new school will help entice people to live here versus driving here and taking their pay checks to other communities.\u00a0 I\u2019d rather they\u2019d be paying taxes in Valley City helping us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people have challenges in their lives, the following is from a friend\u2019s column: \u00a0<\/em>\u201cKeep the Faith.\u201d\u00a0 Paul said it to Timothy. \u201cI have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have kept the Faith.\u201d\u00a0 FSW has faced obstacles that required him to fight the good fight.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know when the race will end, but I know I must keep the Faith in a Lord that has blessed me.\u201d ~ Friday Sports Wrap, thank you Oly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
