NDHP – A 2025 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by a 19 year old male of Gardner ND was called in as a reckless driver while southbound on Interstate 29, near the Mayville exit. Troopers responded, attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the motorcycle, but the driver failed to comply, instead continuing southbound at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle exited Interstate 29, headed eastbound on ND Highway 200A, then southbound on Traill County Highway 81. The motorcycle failed to negotiate a curve in the
roadway, entered the west ditch, overturned a number of times, and came to rest in the ditch
where the driver was ejected. NDHP personnel on scene rendered medical aid. The driver was transported by ambulance, then life flighted to a local hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
