The vehicle driven by 53 year old Kevin Anderson of Fort Ransom was reportedly swerving, brake checking, and not allowing others to pass. A North Dakota Highway Patrol Trooper responded and located the vehicle near mile marker (MM) 111 and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to stop and continued north and exited at MM 118, then merged back to northbound I-29. At MM 130, law enforcement was able to spike the vehicle and eventually stop the driver.
