Jamestown (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented the July Customer Service Award to Brandon Guthmiller with Jamestown Plumbing & Heating, recognizing his outstanding commitment to customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandon was nominated for going above and beyond during an emergency, providing prompt and courteous service when it was needed most\u2014even after working through the night on his own home\u2019s plumbing issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His nomination read:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur boiler quit sometime last night. The temp was 59 and dropping in our house with temps outside over 40 below. We received a courteous return call after leaving a message. Brandon was prompt, efficient, and had our furnace working quickly. I highly recommend him for this honor. He had been up all night working on his own frozen pipes. He could have dismissed our call like the others, but he didn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award was presented to Brandon in recognition of his professionalism, reliability, and care for customers, especially in challenging conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chamber honors individuals who consistently go above and beyond to deliver service that meets and exceeds expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
