{"id":294802,"date":"2025-07-25T16:01:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T21:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=294802"},"modified":"2025-07-25T16:01:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T21:01:25","slug":"high-risk-registered-sex-offender-change-of-address-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=294802","title":{"rendered":"High Risk Registered Sex Offender Change of Address"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/andersonjamalb.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"169\" height=\"212\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/andersonjamalb.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-294803\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/andersonjamalb.jpg 169w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/andersonjamalb-140x175.jpg 140w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>PD \u2013 The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who has changed addresses within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>45 years of age, Jamal Joel Anderson, HOMELESS, 58401.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anderson is a Black Male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Black hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Anderson has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offense<\/strong>: Corrupt\/Solicitation of Minor \u2013 When police conducted a search of Anderson\u2019s place of residence, they found a nude 16-year-old girl in Anderson\u2019s bed.\u00a0 Upon questioning, the two had sexual intercourse approx. 5 times in the past six months.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conviction Date<\/strong>: 02\/02\/2001 in Stutsman County District Court, ND.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a01 year; 48 days credit; 6 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offense: <\/strong>Aggravated Assault \u2013 Anderson struck a 17-year-old boy with a baseball bat on his back and face, requiring five stitches to close a wound on the boy\u2019s face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conviction Date: <\/strong>03\/25\/1999 in Stutsman County District Court, ND.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disposition:<\/strong> 5 years; 5 years suspended for 5 years; 5 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anderson is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.\u00a0 This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.\u00a0 Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
