Kelly Armstrong will lead a groundbreaking ceremony for the new North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown on Monday, Aug. 18, joined by state legislators, North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) officials and community leaders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new state-of-the-art facility will provide 141 treatment beds to serve those most in need of acute mental health services. The state has budgeted $300 million for construction. Armstrong, HHS Commissioner Pat Traynor and State Hospital Superintendent Aaron Olson will be among those delivering remarks at the groundbreaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHAT: <\/strong>Groundbreaking ceremony for new North Dakota State Hospital<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHO:<\/strong> Gov.
