Whether he\u2019s greeting guests with a warm smile, offering fitness guidance, or stepping in to assist when someone is injured, Steve always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was nominated multiple times for the award, with members sharing high praise for his work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSteve is always courteous, professional, and respectful to everyone who walks through the doors.
