PD \u2013 The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify Jamestown residents regarding a new high risk sex offender who is residing within the city of Jamestown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

31 years of age, Joshua James Wrigley, lives at 1308 4 St NW Jamestown, ND 58401<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrigley is a White Male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, and has Brown eyes and Brown hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrigley drives a black 2008 Nissan Pathfinder ND\/953ELR, blue 2009 Chrysler Town & Country ND\/380EGF<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Wrigley has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0GSI \u2013 Sexual Contact \u2013 victim < 15. When Wrigley was 19 years old he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date<\/strong>: 04\/10\/2014 in Emmons County District Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a020 years; 5 years suspended; 175 days credit; 5 years supervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong>\u00a0Corruption\/Solicitation of a Minor \u2013 when Wrigley was 19 years old he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female on numerous occasions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong>\u00a004\/10\/2014 in Emmons County District Court.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong>\u00a01 year; 175 days credit; concurrent with count 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong> Sexual Assault \u2013 Wrigley had sexual contact with a 10-year-old female and made sexual advances towards her on several occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong> 05\/20\/2010 in Cascade, MT juvenile court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> \u00a06 months supervised probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense:<\/strong> Indecent Exposure \u2013 Wrigley exposed himself at school & masturbated in front of a girl he had trapped in an elevator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong> 09\/09\/2010 in Cascade, MT District Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> Supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offense: <\/strong>Sexual Assault \u2013 when Wrigley was 14 years old he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female on a school bus. Wrigley pushed the victim down on the seat, grabbed her breasts, touched her private area, & \u201cmassaged her\u201d. He also tried to make her touch his penis with her hand and tried to unzip her pants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conviction Date:<\/strong> 10\/25\/2009 in Cascade, MT Juvenile Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposition:<\/strong> MT DOC until 18yoa; probation until 21 yoa<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrigley is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.\u00a0 This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender.\u00a0 Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
