A caller told police Carow threatened to burn his house down \u201cso he can be at peace\u201d and was intoxicated. The caller stated that Carow had been arrested for trespassing on his property the previous day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a phone conversation with police, the caller said Carow threatened to kill him and threatened \u201cto put me to bed tonight, burn my house down, and put me to rest,\u201d court documents state. The caller added that Carow was yelling outside, \u201cI am trying to kill people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another witness told police she heard Carow tell the caller, \u201cI am going to put you to sleep, burn your house down, and put you to peace,\u201d according to court documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When interviewed by police, Carow acknowledged the threats, saying, \u201cIf I have to burn this house down for him to get help, I\u2019ll do it,\u201d court documents state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police advised Carow that they didn\u2019t want him hurting anyone that night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bond was set at $15,000 cash or $30,000 surety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carow is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 4 for a preliminary hearing and arraignment on the terrorizing class C felony charge, to which he has not yet entered a plea.
