Like the rings of a tree, each action taken in compassion, courage and commitment contributes to a legacy that endures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wolk was nominated by her colleague Wendi Alvarado, who praised her tireless work ethic and leadership within the surgery department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cTracy is a go-getter and never stops moving in the surgery department,\u201d said Alvarado. \u201cIf you want to keep a room on time, Tracy will do everything in her power to make sure the day goes smoothly.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/wolktracy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/wolktracy.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-297957\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/wolktracy.jpg 400w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/wolktracy-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/wolktracy-233x175.jpg 233w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As lead nurse, Wolk plays a critical role in ensuring surgical services operate efficiently and safely.
