Hwy 1, 46"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Starting Monday,\u00a0 Nov 4, 2013, Fargo Electric will be installing flashing beacons, a new electrical pole and overhead wire at the intersection of ND Highway 1 and ND Highway 46 about 5 \u00bd miles east of Litchville corner.
