{"id":32393,"date":"2013-11-16T19:36:09","date_gmt":"2013-11-17T01:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=32393"},"modified":"2013-11-16T19:43:12","modified_gmt":"2013-11-17T01:43:12","slug":"intxicated-taxi-passenger-combative-injured","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=32393","title":{"rendered":"Intoxicated Taxi Passenger Combative, Injured"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/JamestownPolice2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-8926\" alt=\"JamestownPolice2\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/JamestownPolice2.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 A 40 year old Jamestown woman was treated for injuries following an incident Thursday evening.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Jamestown Police\u00a0reports Tanja McMillan of Jamestown was picked up by a taxi from a Southeast Jamestown bar.<\/p>\n<p>The cab driver, 49 year old\u00a0Duuane\u00a0 Erickson of Jamestown said McMillan was intoxicated, refused to give him a destination address, and then became combative, striking him in the face.\u00a0 Later, \u00a0as the taxi slowed she \u00a0jumped out of the vehicle in the parking lot of the North Stop-N-Go parking lot, following other attempts to jump out.<\/p>\n<p>She landed on the parking lot&#8217;s concrete and suffered cuts and bruises above her right eye.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>She was taken by the Jamestown Area Ambulance to\u00a0Jamestown Regional Medical Center\u00a0for treatment\u00a0 of her injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Erickson wore his seat belt and was not injured.\u00a0 McMillan did not wear a seat belt.<\/p>\n<p>No citations were issued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 A 40 year old Jamestown woman was treated for injuries following an incident Thursday evening. \u00a0Jamestown Police\u00a0reports Tanja McMillan of Jamestown was picked up by a taxi from a Southeast Jamestown bar.
