(AP) &#8211; The North Dakota Supreme Court is hearing arguments on whether a law aimed at limiting abortion drugs violates the state constitution.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A district judge ruled in July that the 2011 state law is unconstitutional and called it &#8220;simply wrongheaded.&#8221; He&#8217;d previously granted an injunction preventing the law from taking effect.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assistant North Dakota Attorney General Douglas Bahr urged justices on Wednesday to reverse the judge&#8217;s ruling.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Autumn Katz of the New York-based Center for Reproductive Rights is representing North Dakota&#8217;s sole abortion clinic in Fargo.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Katz says the state Supreme Court always has recognized that the North Dakota Constitution affords at least the same protections as the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D.
