(AP) &#8211; A Linton-based power company says it is working to restore power to its customers in four south-central North Dakota counties.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 KEM Electric Cooperative says in a recorded telephone message that power was out Monday morning to its rural electric consumers in Emmons, Kidder, Logan and McIntosh counties.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The cooperative says it has located the problem and is working to fix it.
