Four are\u00a0 in Minnesota.\u00a0 Stop-n-Go\u00a0is headquartered in Fargo.<\/div>\n

Iowa based Casey’s, has more than 1,700 stores in 14 states.<\/p>\n

\u00a0In the region, Casey\u2019s General Stores\u00a0are in south Fargo, Horace, along with Moorhead, Dilworth and Lake Park, Minnesota.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Casey’s\u00a0President and CEO\u00a0 Robert Myers, says the Iowa-based\u00a0business will be seeking more opportunities to expand in the midwest.<\/div>\n

Myers says, “We are excited about the opportunity to acquire the Stop-n-Go chain as they are a well-managed and established group of stores in a relatively new market area for Casey’s.”\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
The acquisition is subject to\u00a0 regulatory approvals and\u00a0 closing conditions, including the Company’s receipt of satisfactory inspection reports related to the stores.<\/div>\n
The transaction is expected to close in May 2014, and will be funded by a combination of existing cash and operating cash flow.<\/div>\n
