{"id":40534,"date":"2014-03-10T07:00:46","date_gmt":"2014-03-10T12:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=40534"},"modified":"2014-03-10T08:04:04","modified_gmt":"2014-03-10T13:04:04","slug":"skywest-reservations-for-jmst-starts-sat-mar-82014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=40534","title":{"rendered":"SkyWest Flights Start June 5, Reservations Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) Jamestown airline travelers can now book flights on SkyWest from and to the Jamestown Regional Airport.\u00a0 The airline will begin jet service\u00a0June 5.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday\u2019s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Manager Matt Leitner said\u00a0\u00a0<a title=\"SkyWest\" href=\"http:\/\/skywest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">SkyWest <\/a>will have the flight schedule available on their web site,\u00a0<a title=\"SkyWest\/United Express\" href=\"http:\/\/www.united.com\/web\/en-US\/default.aspx?root=1\" target=\"_blank\">SkyWest\/United Express<\/a> , and the ability to make future reservations.<\/p>\n<p>In reviewing the reservation website, the projected schedule*\u00a0starting June 5 will be:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Jamestown to Denver:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Depart JMS\u00a0 <strong>8:08am<\/strong> &#8211; Arrive DENVER 8:53am &#8211;\u00a0 Travel time 1 hr 45 min.<\/p>\n<p>Depart JMS\u00a0 <strong>1:16pm\u00a0<\/strong> &#8211; Arrive Devils Lake 1:49pm,\u00a0 Depart DL 2:19pm &#8211; Arrive DENVER 3:12pm\u00a0 Travel time 2hr 56min<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Denver to Jamestown:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depart DEN 9:55am &#8211; Arrive JMS\u00a0 <strong>12:56pm\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong> travel time 1 hr 51 min.<\/p>\n<p>Depart DEN 8:00pm &#8211; Arrive JMS <strong>10:51pm\u00a0<\/strong> travel time 1 hr 51 min.<\/p>\n<p>*Schedule subject to change,\u00a0 go to <a title=\"SkyWest\/United Express\" href=\"http:\/\/www.united.com\/web\/en-US\/default.aspx?root=1\" target=\"_blank\">SkyWest\/United Express<\/a>\u00a0website for current information, weekend schedule, \u00a0and pricing.<\/p>\n<p>Local update information will be posted at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flyjamestown.net\/\"><b>www.flyjamestown.net<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile Jamestown Regional Airport is readying for SkyWest.\u00a0 Leitner said that includes modifiying gate space and re-marking ramps to accommodate the larger 50 passenger aircraft. IT kiosk are being readied with United Airlines in conjunction with SkyWest flights, utilizing the Denver hub.<\/p>\n<p>He added that ground service equipment is being readied, along with new signage.\u00a0SkyWest\u2019s website has Jamestown job information, with any openings availble.<\/p>\n<p>With the planned hangars for the airport, Leitner said bids have been received, and officials are re-evaluating hangar specifications, and details to minimize costs.
