All essential services will continue\u00a0operation\u00a0throughout the storm event.<\/p>\n<p>Monday evening, snow plows have been\u00a0 pulled after working all day since early morning, \u00a0in rural areas around Bismarck, Jamestown, Valley City, Devils Lake, Grand Forks and north of Fargo.
