The total cost of the program is estimated at $60,000. Other revenue will come from advertising and gate sales.<\/p>\n<p>He said the Rodeo at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds is planned for July 4, 5 2014.<\/p>\n<p>For Fort Seward, Dale Marks requested a grant for $450, the total program cost, which was approved, for a Gatling Gun demonstration to take place on July 5, 2014, at Fort Seward. The dollars will used to pay for the individual to perform the demonstration.<\/p>\n<p>Also requested, and approved by the Board was the Fort Seward request for $825, the total program cost, to help fund a Flea Market planned for August 23, 2014, at the Fort.<\/p>\n<p>The dollars will go toward the costs of advertising within a one hundred mile radius of Jamestown, plus flyers and go toward insurance, paint and tape.<\/p>\n<p>The organization is planning to charge $25 per table for vendors.<\/p>\n<p>In other business, \u00a0BCTF Marketing\u2019s Tanea Clocksene reported a successful Branding, Logo Unveil that occurred on Friday May 9, 2014, held at the Jamestown Arts Center. She praised Red Plum Media\u2019s visual displays at the event. T-shirts with the new logo\u00a0are anticipated to be on sale at the RSVP+ store at Frontier Village.<\/p>\n<p>Buffalo City Tourism Director, Searle Swedlund feels the new branding and logo is being received well by the public, as is the concept of the branding. He added that presentations will be made to service clubs and business leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Board President, Alden Kollman said the new gazebo replica dedication at the Stutsman County Memorial Museum grounds is Saturday May 17, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>He said there will be refreshments, speakers, and bleachers set up for those in attendance.
