Solberg worked as a trooper until being promoted to sergeant in 2005. In 2007, Solberg became a lieutenant until his next promotion to captain in 2011. Solberg was promoted to the rank of major in May.<\/p>\n<p>Retired Major Kleppe began his career with <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Kleppe-Dave.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-45756\" alt=\"Kleppe, Dave\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Kleppe-Dave-240x300.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Kleppe-Dave-240x300.jpg 240w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Kleppe-Dave-140x175.jpg 140w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Kleppe-Dave.jpg 356w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a>the NDHP in 1983 by attending the academy. He was promoted to sergeant in 1989, captain in 1995, and major in 2011.
