THE HEAVIEST ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO<br \/>\nTHREE INCHES&#8230;LOCALLY HIGHER&#8230;ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOURIS<br \/>\nBASIN DOWNSTREAM OF VELVA. <strong>ONE TO POSSIBLY TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>IS FORECAST ACROSS THE UPPER JAMES RIVER BASIN. RUNOFF FROM<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO OVERLAND FLOODING&#8230;INCLUDING COUNTY AND<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>TOWNSHIP ROADS IN LOW LYING AREAS AND LOCATIONS OF POOR DRAINAGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RISES ON FASTER RESPONDING CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.<\/p>\n<p>THE FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA&#8230;SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH\u00a0 DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA&#8230;INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING\u00a0 COUNTIES&#8230;IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA&#8230;BOTTINEAU&#8230;\u00a0 MCHENRY&#8230;RENVILLE AND WARD. IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA&#8230;\u00a0 KIDDER&#8230;MCLEAN&#8230;SHERIDAN AND WELLS.<strong> IN SOUTHEAST NORTH <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>DAKOTA&#8230;STUTSMAN.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RISES ON FASTER RESPONDING CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE POSSIBLE.<\/p>\n<p>WATER MAY FLOOD RURAL ROADS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS.<\/p>\n<p>DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS A WATER COVERED ROAD.<\/p>\n<p>A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING.
