The man did not pull over.<\/p>\n<p>The man continued to operate \u00a0on Business Loop East through Jamestown to 17th Street Southwest, entering\u00a0I-94 at Exit 257, with two marked Jamestown police cars and\u00a0 NDHP vehicles in pursuit with speeds reaching over 120 mph..<\/p>\n<p>Edinger says as the pursuit continued,\u00a0 the man threw objects out of his pockets.<\/p>\n<p>The pursuit ended near the\u00a0 I-94 Crystal Springs exit,\u00a0 36 miles west of Jamestown,\u00a0as the man\u00a0attempted to negotiate the motorcycle\u00a0\u00a0at a curve at high speed, crossed the median and lost control of the motorcycle\u00a0as it hit the rumble strip on the eastbound lanes of I-94.<\/p>\n<p>The man was transported by air ambulance to Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, with injuries to his arm, back, and leg..<\/p>\n<p>The man was not wearing a helmet.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities\u00a0\u00a0will speak to the man about the items he tossed during the pursuit, \u00a0found in the median and ditches near Exit 257 and mile markers 232 and 228.<\/p>\n<p>Charges have not yet been filed, as the investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, (CSi)\u00a0\u00a0 Jamestown Police, the\u00a0Stutsman County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the Kidder County Sheriff\u2019s\u00a0Office and the North Dakota Highway Patrol were involved in a high speed pursuit of a motorcycle, on I-94 westbound.
