(AP) \u2013 Job Service North Dakota data show about one of every seven private sector jobs in the state are related to oil and gas production.<\/p>\n<p>Agency data also show that 28.5 percent of North Dakota wages come from the oil industry.<\/p>\n<p>In the second half of 2013, Stutsman County had 136 jobs related to the oil field or about 1.5 percent of the workforce. The calculations are based on quarterly reports.<\/p>\n<p>Stutsman County has 9,107 total workers in the private sector who are covered by unemployment insurance while Jamestown has 8,572.<br \/>\nThe report says every one of North Dakota\u2019s 53 counties has some oil- or gas-related jobs.<\/p>\n<p>That amounts to about 1.4 percent of the private workforce in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>The Legislature gave Job Service $120,000 to do the report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
