The software isn\u2019t just a tool, but a functioning body for our offices. With dwindling administrative budgets we needed a partner that could help us become better. We are so thankful for their product, service, and technical support. Our partnership now expands into using their accounting services to help us.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second time in three years Emphasys has recognized our group for our collaborative efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stutsman County Housing Authority administers the Section 8 Voucher programs for Stutsman, Logan, Foster, Dickey and Sargent Counties and a HOME grant program for North Dakota Region 6.
