Jamestown (CSi) The University of Jamestown had various successes over the weekend of October 24-27-2014.<\/p>\n
The 18th-ranked Jimmies volleyball team, Saturday, at the Hasen Center, defeated the Dakota State Trojans 25-15, 25-13 and 25-14, resulting in another regular season conference title and the top seed for the NSAA tournament.<\/p>\n
Saturday evening in NAIA football action, the Jimmies football squad, in Aberdeen defeated Presentation College, 37-14.<\/p>\n
Jamestown University is off next week, and thenl returns to NSAA play on November 8, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Mayville State.<\/p>\n
The Jimmies women’s basketball team on the road in Winnipeg took the first two games, and dropped the third game against their three opponents.<\/p>\n
On Friday night, the Jimmie women defeated the University of Manatoba 72-49.<\/p>\n
Saturday it was Jamestown 81, University of Northern British Columbia 43.<\/p>\n
On Sunday Jamestown lost to the Winnipeg Wesmen 90-77.<\/p>\n
