The lot is being sold at a reduced price as a business incentive.<\/p>\n<p>The board approved a Flex Pace interest buy down for Ben Pesek. Pesek is planning on constructing heated shop spaces to lease to other businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The JSDC Board has also approved a 4 percent pay increase for JSDC CEO Connie Ova on a 10-4 vote.<\/p>\n<p>The approved raise increases Ova\u2019s salary to $90,698 per year.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Mayor Katie Andersen, Chris Rathjen, Ramone Gumke and Brent Harris voted against the pay increase.<\/p>\n<p>No discussion concerning job performance prior to the vote.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) Board of Directors has approved a modification to a sales agreement between the JSDC and Tim Nill of Nill Construction.
