Cities included in the Travel<br \/>\nAlert are Dickinson, Bismarck, Selfridge,<strong> Jamestown<\/strong>, Ellendale and surrounding<br \/>\nareas.\u00a0 A Travel Alert means conditions are such that motorists can still travel in<br \/>\nthese areas, but should be advised of rapidly changing conditions. Motorists are<br \/>\nencouraged to reduce speeds and drive according to the conditions.<\/p>\n<p>All travelers are encouraged to monitor road conditions as weather conditions occur<br \/>\nand use caution while traveling.
