{"id":62771,"date":"2015-01-09T09:58:31","date_gmt":"2015-01-09T15:58:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=62771"},"modified":"2015-01-15T08:23:37","modified_gmt":"2015-01-15T14:23:37","slug":"jsdc-looking-to-sell-business-park-lots","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=62771","title":{"rendered":"JSDC looking to turn over Business Park lots"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation\u2019s (JSDC) Executive Committee is recommending JSDC turn over the remaining seven lots in the I-94 Business Park to the city of Jamestown and is reviewing real estate policies.<\/p>\n<p>The city would then have the possibility of selling the lots at auction, to a possible developer.<\/p>\n<p>The sales proceeds would be paid back to the Stutsman County and Jamestown economic development funds.<\/p>\n<p>The JSDC has been offering the lots for sale at $1 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>Lot purhasers are required to build within two years of purchase, and required to pay back a portion of the profits if the lot is sold at a profit within five or seven years, depending on the sales contract.<\/p>\n<p>The properties also have covenants regarding the types of buildings that can be constructed, number of parking spaces and landscaping requirements.<\/p>\n<p>JSDC plans to retain ownership of its industrial lots located at the Spiritwood Energy Park Association site.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation\u2019s (JSDC) Executive Committee is recommending JSDC turn over the remaining seven lots in the I-94 Business Park to the city of Jamestown and is reviewing real estate policies.
