Upon completion the property will be leased to Edgewood Group LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The project is to be located at the corner of 10th Ave \u00a0&amp; 25th St SW, \u00a0west of Buffalo Mall.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/EdgewoodREITfargo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-65429\" alt=\"EdgewoodREITfargo\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/EdgewoodREITfargo-300x202.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/EdgewoodREITfargo-300x202.png 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/EdgewoodREITfargo-259x175.png 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/EdgewoodREITfargo.png 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>The $8 million construction project is projected to begin this spring with an expected spring 2016 opening. Edgewood will have assisted living and memory care apartments and will provide upscale amenities such as a senior clinic, movie theater, chapel, salon, library, restaurant-style fine dining, fitness center, an outdoor courtyard with walking paths and resident transportation.
