\"Graham,<\/a>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 Jamestown Police is warning residents regarding two convicted sex offenders who have changed addresses.<\/p>\n

Matthew Jacob Lee Graham is a 26 year old white male, 5’11” tall weighing 172 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He currently has no vehicle.<\/p>\n

He now resides at 223 1st Ave South Apt#4 in Jamestown.<\/p>\n

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakot Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

His offense is listed as indecent exposure, stemming from exposing himself to a five year old male family friend.<\/p>\n

He was convicted in April of 2004 in Kidder Count.\u00a0 Disposition: \u00a0remanded to the Mesabi Academy treatment facility.<\/p>\n

Graham is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.<\/p>\n

\"SmithJordan\"<\/a>Changing address is 19 year old Jordan Aaron Smith who now resides at 223 1st Ave South Apt #4<\/p>\n

Smith is a 19 year old white male 6’4″ tall weighing 190 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.<\/p>\n

He currently does not have a vehicle.<\/p>\n

Smith has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the Attorney General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Smith was convicted of gross sexual imposition, involving a 14 year old girl he was sharing an apartment with. He was convicted in July of 2014 in Stutsman County District Court.<\/p>\n

Disposition: one year, one day, with 239 days suspended with credit for time served, 127 days\u20265 years supervised probation.<\/p>\n

Smith is currently on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.<\/p>\n

Smith is on GPS monitoring.<\/p>\n

Smith is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.<\/p>\n
