News Jul 18, 2012) &#8212; The North Dakota Highway Patrol has received the results of a blood sample taken from <strong>Wyatt Klein<\/strong> of Jamestown. The report, provided by the North Dakota Attorney General\u2019s Crime Laboratory, revealed that Klein\u2019s blood alcohol was 0.25, over three times higher than the legal limit of .08.<\/p>\n<p>On July 6, Klein was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-94 near Crystal Springs and struck a vehicle head-on. This vehicle was driven by Aaron Deutscher of West Fargo. Deutscher, his wife Allison and daughter Brielle were killed as a result of the crash. Klein also died in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The Highway Patrol says, fifty-one percent of all 2012 North Dakota fatal crashes have been attributed to alcohol.
