The sale was also approved during the February City Council and Stutsman County Commission meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The property transfer had been delayed while a finalized version of the sales agreement was prepared.<\/p>\n<p>The document for real estate,\u00a0and, an\u00a0economic is\u00a0 development agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The lots, appraised at $3.50 per square foot, are being sold at $1 per square foot.
