Beech-Nut products are available at a number of major grocery stores and retailers<\/p>\n<p>The recalled items contain the <strong>establishment number &#8220;P-68A&#8221; and product numbers &#8220;12395750815&#8221; through &#8220;12395750821&#8221;.<\/strong> Check labels from the USDA.<\/p>\n<p>Beech-Nut, based in Amsterdam, N.Y., said on its website that it issued a voluntary recall out of an &#8220;abundance of caution&#8221; after receiving a single report of an oral injury associated with eating one of the products.
