April 2nd, 5:39AM, ready squad responded to 2422 20th St SW, Jamestown Regional Medical Center, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-sensor malfunction. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 55 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 5th, 10:33PM, ready squad responded to 219 5th Ave SE, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate smoke odor. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-unknown. Time out 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 6th, 8:51PM, fire department responded to 810 10th St NE, Single Family Dwelling, to a report of a fire in an oven range. Fire was out upon arrival of fire units and firefighters investigated. Cause-oven range malfunctions. No injuries reported. Time out 40 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 7th, 5:45PM, ready squad responded to 1801 8th Ave SW, Arby\u2019s Restaurant, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-systems malfunction. Fire alarm was rest. Time out 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 8th, 7:35AM, ready squad responded to 701 3rd St NE, Anne Carlson Center, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt toast. Fire alarm was rest. Time out 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 9th, 8:42PM, fire department was dispatched to Hwy 52 Mile Marker 254, to a report of a grass fire. Fire units were canceled enroute, Jamestown Rural Fire was dispatched instead. Time out 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 10th, 10:20AM, ready squad responded to 2509 Circle Drive, NDSH-LRC Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt toast. Fire alarm was rest. Time out 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 10th, 1:47PM, ready squad responded to 611 25th St SW, Applebee\u2019s Bar & Grill, to a report of gas smell. Firefighters checked the structure for a gas leak, nothing was detected. Cause-unknown. Time out 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 13th, 2:36PM, fire department responded to report of a fire the back yard of 410 4th Ave NW, Storage Shed. Firefighters extinguished (2) storage sheds that were on fire and investigated. Cause-power line had fallen between the sheds and ignited the grass on fire. No injuries were reported. Time out 1 hour 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 14th, 10:50AM, ready squad responded to 612 14th Ave SE, to assist other agencies. Ready squad was canceled enroute. Time out 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 14th, 11:39PM, ready squad responded to 1509 10th St NE, Jamestown High School, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke\/fire none was detected. Cause-systems malfunction. Fire alarm was rest. Time out 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

April 15th, 6:35AM, fire department responded to 611 11th St NE, Multi Family Dwelling, to a report of a fire in apartment #4. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-under investigation. No injuries were reported. American Red Cross assisted displaced residents. Time out 11 Hour and 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
